Grenada Honey Nutmeg Salad Dressing:

Received from: Callaloo By The Sea Restaurant (Rena)

Note: Although Rena willingly shared the ingredients for this wonderful salad dressing she couldn’t or wouldn’t share the amounts. They don’t measure. Everything is "to taste".

Ingredients:

Nutmeg, Grated
Vinegar
Honey
Mayonnaise

Preparation:

Mix together.

 
Huguette's Balsamic Dressing:

Received from: A Land Lubber (Huguette, my Friend)

Ingredients:

½ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
¼ Cup Water
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Preparation:

Mix or shake well, serve on green salads.

 

Karen's Secret Sandwich Sauce

Received from: Secret Recipe from Karen in the Mini Mart at Bahia Redonda, Puerto La Cruz

 Ingredients

  1       cup  mayonnaise

  1/2   cup  ketchup

  1       tablespoon  sugar

           salt to taste

  1       teaspoon  cayenne pepper

  1       tablespoon  vinegar

 Preparation

 Mix and use instead of mayo on submarine sandwiches
