Ingredients:
- 2 Whole Porgy or similar fish
Preparation:
Scale & clean the fish,
make 2 cuts on each side,
brush with olive oil,
rub with salt, pepper.
Grill or pan fry, after grilling brush again with olive oil.
If you have parsley & lemon juice, chop the parsley, add to lemon juice
with crushed garlic, put over the cooked fish.
